TreeTech ("TreeTech", "we", "us") is a telecom fulfillment contractor based in Nashville, Tennessee. This policy explains what personal information we collect through treetech.us and our recruiting channels, why we collect it, and what choices you have.
Information we collect
- Application data you give us: name, phone number, state and city, whether you are authorized to work in the US, work experience, driver's license and vehicle availability, when you can start, preferred language, and anything else you write to us.
- Referral data: if you arrive through a referral link, we store the referral code so the referrer can receive their bonus.
- Messaging data: if you contact us through Telegram or WhatsApp, we receive the messages you send and the phone number or username you use.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and the marketing campaign that brought you (UTM parameters). See our Cookie Notice for details.
We do not ask for and do not want your Social Security number, immigration documents, bank details or date of birth through this website. Do not send them through the application form.
How we use it
- To evaluate your application and contact you about work with TreeTech.
- To answer your questions through our support channels.
- To run our referral program and pay referral bonuses.
- To measure which advertising and content actually bring candidates, so we spend the budget sensibly.
- To meet our legal obligations as an employer and contractor.
Contact by phone, SMS and messengers
When you submit an application you ask us to contact you about the job. That means a recruiter may call you, send you an SMS, or message you on WhatsApp or Telegram using the number you provided. Message and data rates may apply. You can stop this at any time: reply STOP to an SMS, block the chat in the messenger, or write to us at the address below, and we will stop contacting you.
Who sees your information
- Our recruiters and supervisors – the people who process your application.
- Our internal tools: our recruiting CRM and our internal Telegram bots, running on servers we control.
- Service providers: hosting, analytics (Google Analytics), and messaging platforms (Telegram, WhatsApp) that process data on our behalf.
- Carriers and clients: only if you are hired and only what is needed for badging, background verification and access to their systems.
- Authorities: if the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it with data brokers.
How long we keep it
Applications and related correspondence are kept for up to two years from your last contact with us, so that we can reach out when a suitable route opens in your state. If you are hired, employment records are kept for the periods required by law. You can ask us to delete your data earlier – see below.
Your choices
You may ask us to: show you what information we hold about you; correct it; delete it; or stop contacting you. Write to [email protected] from the email or phone number you used, and we will respond within 30 days. If you are a California resident, you have these rights under the CCPA/CPRA, and we will not discriminate against you for using them.
Security
Access to candidate data is limited to the people who need it. Our databases are stored on access-controlled servers, transmission is encrypted (HTTPS), and administrative access requires keys, not shared passwords. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send us documents or numbers we did not ask for.
Children
Our website and jobs are intended for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted on the application page.
