The site is information, not an offer of employment
Everything published here – roles, states, pay ranges, career tracks – describes the work we typically have available. It is not a job offer, not a contract, and not a guarantee that we will hire you or that any specific route or volume of work orders will be available. An offer exists only when we send it to you in writing after an interview.
About the pay figures
Technician pay at TreeTech is piece-rate: every type of work order has a published point value, and a weekly check is the sum of completed and accepted orders. The ranges shown on this site are typical weekly results across our crews, not a salary and not a minimum. What you actually earn depends on your route density, your speed, the mix of work orders, quality results, and how many days you work. Training pay, vehicle terms and the current rate card are stated in your written offer, which prevails over anything on this website.
Who can apply
You must be legally authorized to work in the United States (EAD, Green Card or citizenship) and be 18 or older. TreeTech participates in E-Verify. We do not sponsor work visas and we cannot help you obtain work authorization.
Referral program
Anyone with a verified phone number can request a personal referral link in our Telegram bot. A referral bonus of $500 is paid when all of the following are true: the person you referred applied through your link (or was confirmed by a recruiter as referred by you), was hired, started working, and completed 30 days of work. We pay one bonus per referred person. We do not pay for referring yourself, for duplicate applications of people already in our database, or for applications we determine to be fraudulent. Before a bonus is approved, a recruiter confirms with the candidate who referred them. We may change or end the program at any time; bonuses already earned under the previous terms are honored.
Your content
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit. Do not submit other people's personal data without their consent, and do not submit false information – it ends the hiring process.
Intellectual property
The text, design, brand and materials on this site belong to TreeTech. You may share links and quote short excerpts with attribution; copying the site or its content for a competing service is not permitted.
No warranties and limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TreeTech is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
